I’m feeling ambivalent about the so-called Amazing Fit pants I just stitched up.
They’re not “Mom jeans,” thank goodness, but they’re not sleek like the pants modeled on the pattern envelope either.
Now that the pants are done, I have no longer have excuses for stalling the Christmas pajama production line. Flannel here I come!
I think they look pretty good! I’m wondering what you don’t like about the fit. Myself I do prefer more ease in my pants so I work a bit extra into the back crotch length. That’s a personal preference thing though – if you look at the picture of the model in the Palmer/Pletsch perfect fit jeans they hug that woman’s butt like their life depended on it.
Hi Amy, Those pants look great. What is bothering you about the fit? I have made 2 pairs of brown pants lately (one knit, one woven) and I love them with one of my 2 pink sweaters.
