I don’t usually bother making resolutions, since I’m rarely disciplined enough to keep them, but this year I really need to make some changes. I’ve tried to keep them simple:
1. Drink two glasses of water every day. I know you’re supposed to drink more than that, but I haven’t been drinking even one glass of water a day, so starting out with this small amount is a step in the right direction.
2. Excercise at least three times a week for a minimum of twenty minutes each session. This is going to be the most challenging goal for me, since I have always tended toward a sedentary lifestyle.
So far, I’m sticking to my plan and recording each accomplishment in a calendar I’ve set aside for the purpose. Hopefully, this plan will help me feel more energetic and enable me to conquor my chronic back pain problem. Wish me luck!
