If you’re wondering where I’ve been all weekend, the answer is I’ve been fixing a lot of broken links and other nasty problems with the site. I’ve also installed a bulletin board system here at mysteriouswhisper.org. Check it out! I spent a lot of time posting there. It was kind of like talking to myself. Please! I spent most of yesterday trying to express how I feel about Robert, but the words wouldn?t come. Of course, I love him, but saying that just doesn?t seem adequate. My feelings are far too complex. He?s my knight-in-shining-armor, my one true love. He?s the man I pledged to stand by through the best of times and through the worst of times. He?s the father of my child. He?s my best friend. He?s my biggest advocate and sometimes my fiercest adversary (in the sense that he challenges me to think, be and do rather than languish in complacency).

I love him for his silliness and his seriousness too. I love him for the way he smiles. I love him for being a wonderful daddy to Sam and a wonderful husband to me. I love him for his romantic side (thank you for the yellow roses). I love him for his gentleness and for his strength. He?s one of the most intelligent men I?ve ever known and I deeply admire him for that. He can also be remarkably foolish (need I mention a specific incident, Robert?) and I like that because it makes him human. I love him for being gregarious. Many of our friends were lured into the fold by his charm. I love him for his enthusiasm about a multitude of things. In short, I love him for being who he is.
